Designed with a clear emphasis on modern luxury, the architecture features clean horizontal lines, expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, and carefully composed volumes that create a bold yet elegant street presence.
Each villa is planned to maximize natural light, openness, and the connection between interior and exterior living. Generous open-plan spaces, seamless transitions to outdoor areas, and elevated rooftop terraces contribute to a lifestyle focused on comfort, relaxation, and entertaining. The design also incorporates landscaped entry features, private parking, and a secure frontage that enhances both functionality and visual appeal.
Materiality and lighting play a central role in the overall character of the project. A restrained modern palette is paired with warm ambient illumination to soften the architectural forms and create an inviting atmosphere, particularly during the evening.
